Potatoes uses Jarlsberg cheese.)

baked and topped with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Simple and very
impressive. Preparation and baking time take almost two hours, so this isn't a

a good substitute for standard potato salad.
Prepared with vinegar and brown sugar, apples, spices, red wine and currant
